Lamb chops with mustard sauce
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1/4 c Dijon style mustard
- 2 tb Cooking oil
- 1/4 c Dry vermouth
- 1/4 ts Freshly ground black pepper
- 4 Lamb chops
- 3/4" thick
Instructions:
Combine mustard oil vermouth and black pepper.Coat chops with mixture.Broil or grill chops basting frequently until cooked as desired.
