Kansas city burgers **
Yield: 4 Burgers MMMM
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1/2 c Frozen hash brown potatoes; - thawed
- 2 tb Barbecue sauce
- 4 Buns; split butter toast
- 4 sl Swiss cheese
- 4 sl Bacon; cooked crumbled
- 2 Green onions; sliced
Instructions:
Add thawed hash brown potatoes and barbecue sauce to ground beef. Mix well. Shape into 4 patties. Grill or broil to desired doneness. Place each cooked burger on bun; top with cheese slice crumbled bacon and sliced green onion.
