Yield: 3 Servings
Ingredients:
- 3/16 x Vodka
- 3 1/2 c White sugar
- 1/2 oz Jar instant coffee
- 1 ea Vanilla bean*
- 3 ea Clean bottles
Instructions:
*split vanilla bean lenghtwise into 3 pieces please. Dissolve sugar in 3 cups boiling water. Dissolve coffee in 1 cup boiling water. Cool a bit and combine with vodka. Hang 1/3 bean in each bottle with a silk thread. Fill with liquid. Cork tightly and let set at least 3 weeks. from *Prodigy's Food and Wine Bulletin Board from William Kent -SHDH61A
