Herb butter for seafood or artichokes
Yield: 1 servings
Ingredients:
- 1/2 c Butter 1/4 ts Basil
- 1 ts Paprika 1 Clove garlic crushed
- 1 tb Green scallions 3 tb Fresh parsley chopped
- 1/4 ts Oregano 1/2 ts Soy sauce
- 1/4 ts Marjoram
Instructions:
Melt butter over medium heat and stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer 5 minutes. Serve warm. May be refrigerated and reheated when needed.
