Ginger vinaigrette
Yield: 12 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 tb Ginger minced
- 2 tb Shallot minced
- 1 tb Vinegar rice wine
- 2 tb Lime juice
- 2 ts Soy sauce
- 1/4 c Oil olive
- 1/2 ts Oil
Instructions:
sesame Pepper black to taste Combine all ingredients and whisk to blend well. Makes about 1/2 cup. Store in refrigerator for a short period. Serve with hearty salads fish beef or vegetable chunks.
