Enchilada sauce a la brenda

Yield: 1 servings

Ingredients:

• 2 tb Chili powder
• 1/2 c Flour
• 2 c Boullion
• 1/2 ts Oregano
• 1/4 ts Garlic powder
• 16 oz Can of tomato sauce

Instructions:

Mix the chili powder with just enough water to make a smooth paste. Then mix in the remaining ingredients and simmer. Easy! This recipie came from Brenda Frandsen's church cook book which she compiled.
