Add hard-boiled eggs and saute the mixture for 1 minute. Next add the chiles and manioc flour stirring constantly until the mixture turns golden. Substitute piquin if malagueta chiles are unavailable. Note: if palm oil is unavailable or a healthier alternative is desired substitute vegetable oil with 3 teaspoons of paprika added.
