Easy sweet & sour sauce
Yield: 1 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 c Apricot or peach preserves
- 2 tb Cider vinegar
- 2 tb Ketchup
- 1/4 ts Dry mustard
Instructions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a 1-quart glass measuring pitcher. 2. Cook uncovered in microwave oven 2-1/2 to 3 minutes at High; stir once. Yield: About 1-1/4 cups. SOURCE: Adventures in Microwave Cooking
