Dark chocolate syrup
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 c SUGAR
- 1 c COCOA
- 1 c WATER
- 1 ts VANILLA
Instructions:
MIX SUGAR COCOA AND WATER IN A DEEP SAUCE PAN. COVER AND COOK OVER LOW HEAT 15 MINUTES STIRRING OFTEN TO PREVENT BURINING. REMOVE FROM HEAT COOL AND STIR IN VANILLA. CHILL SEVERAL HOURS BEFORE USE.
