Caper sauce

Yield: 12 Servings

Ingredients:

• 1 c Mayonnaise
• 1/4 c Capers *
• 1/4 c Dairy Sour Cream
• 1 tb Dijon-Style Mustard
• 1 tb Horseradish
• 1 tb White Vinegar
• 1/2 ts Sugar

Instructions:

* Chopped Dill Pickle can be substituted for Capers. ~------------------------------------------------------ ~----------------- Combine mayonnaise capers sour cream mustard horseradish vinegar and sugar. Mix well. Serve with Beef With Caper Sauce or with any roast beef.
