Bacon & pepper sauce
Yield: 1 Servings - G
Ingredients:
- 1/3 lb Bacon
- 1 Green pepper diced
- 1 Red pepper diced
- 1 Onion chopped
- 2 Cloves garlic chopped
- 1/3 Stick butter
- 4 tb Olive oil
- 10 Plum tomatoes chopped
- 1/4 c White wine
- 1 Hot pepper halved and seeded
Instructions:
Salt and pepper to taste Sautee bacon until almost crisp. Drain. Add butter and oil. Sautee onion and garlic.Add peppers and sautee 5 min. Add tomatoes and wine cook 15 min. REMOVE HOT PEPPER. Season with salt and pepper and serve over pasta.
