- 2 ea CANNED CHIPOTLE CHILIES
- 1 ts GARLIC POWDER
- 1/2 ts CUMIN
- 2 ts OREGANO
- 1/2 ts BLACK PEPPER
- 2 tb WINE VINEGAR
- 1/2 ts SALT
Instructions:
JUICE THE LIME AND ORANGE. FINELY CHOP THE CHILIES. PLACE JUICE GARLIC CHILIES AND REMAINING INGREDIENTS IN BLENDER. PUREE UNTIL SMOOTH. MAKES ENOUGH MARINADE FOR ABOUT 2 LBS. BEEF PORK CHICKEN.
