Alfredo
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1/4 c Butter
- 2 c Heavy Cream pn Nutmeg
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 1/2 ts Pepper
- 3/4 c Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 lb Cooked Fettuccine
Instructions:
Combine butter cream nutmeg salt and pepper in skillet. Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer 4 minutes. Toss with cheese and cooked pasta.
