Zesty oregon hazelnut broccoli

Yield: 6 Servings

Ingredients:

• 1 lg Garlic clove; minced
• 1 tb Oil
• 1 1/2 lb Broccoli chopped
• 1/4 c Water
• 1/2 c Sour cream
• 1 ts Horseradish
• 1/4 ts Thyme
• 1/2 ts Marjoram Salt & pepper to taste
• 1/2 c Roasted & chopped hazelnuts

Instructions:

-(Oregon hazelnuts) Saut‚ garlic in oil. Add broccoli and water. Cover and steam until tender crisp over medium heat. (Most of the liquid should be gone.) Add sour cream and seasonings.
