Tuna tapenade
Yield: 2 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1/2 c Olive oil
- 1/4 c Capers; (or less)
- 1 cn Tuna in oil (7oz) drained
- 1/4 c Lemon juice
- 1 tb Dark rum
- 2 Cloves garlic; coarsely Chopped
- 1 cn Pitted black olives (8oz)
Instructions:
Fresh ground pepper Place all ingredients except olive oil) in a food processor and blend until smooth. Slowly add olive oil. Serve with fresh vegetables.
