Ingredients:
- 1 pk Tofu (14.2oz)
- 1/4 lb Pork ground
- 3 Garlic cloves; crushed
- 2 tb Scallions; chopped fine
- 2 tb Coriander; chopped
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 1 ts Pepper white ground
- 1 tb Cornstarch
- 1 Egg; beaten
- 2 c Oil
Instructions:
vegetable; for frying Cut tofu into 1" cubes scoop center of each cube out set aside to outer shells. Mix scooped out tofu pork garlic scallion coriander salt pepper cornstarch and egg. Stuff back into tofu shells. Heat oil in wok over medium heat deep fry the stuffed tofu until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Serve with Nam Chim Priew Waan (recipe).
