Sweet & sour celery
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 2 c Celery diced
- 1 ts Salt
- 2 tb Sugar
- 2 tb Vinegar
- 2 tb Flour
- 1 Egg
- 1 c Water
- 1/4 c Sour cream
Instructions:
Cook celery in a little salt water until soft and almost dry. Make a dressing of the egg flour sugar vinegar and water. Bring to a boil and when it thickens add the sour cream. Pour this over the celery heat and serve.
