Steamed baby carrots
Yield: 2 Servings
Ingredients:
- 16 ea Baby carrots scraped
- 1 ts Soy margarine
- 1/8 ts Nutmeg
Instructions:
Steam baby carrots in a saucepan with 1/4" of water until tender-crisp. Should take about 4 minutes. Drain & toss with the margarine & nutmeg. Allow 8 carrots with each serving arrange them on plates in a fan shape with the narrow tips pointing down.
