Spiced currants
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 3 lb Ripe currants
- 2 lb Sugar
- 1 tb Cinnamon
- 1 ts Allspice
- 1 c Vinegar
- 1 c Water
- 1 ts Cloves
Instructions:
Wash currants. Remove stems. Add remaining ingredients. Boil gently 30 minutes. The Household Searchlight
