Simple syrup
Yield: 3 Cups
Ingredients:
- 3 c Water
- 4 c Granulated sugar
Instructions:
1. Bring water to boil in a large saucepan. Reduce heat to medium add sugar and stir until completely dissolved. 2. Reduce heat to low and simmer 5 minutes until mixture has a light syrup consistency. 3. Cool pour into jars cover and refrigerate. Refigerated in a tightly closed jar it keeps indefinitely.
