Shrimp casserole
Yield: 1 Servings
Ingredients:
- 3 lb Shrimp
- 1 Box of yellow rice
- 1 lg Onion
- 1 Stick of butter
- 1 cn Cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cn Ro-Tel tomatoes
Instructions:
Cook rice as directed on the package. Saute the large onion and shrimp in butter until the shrimp turn pink. Add the cream of mushroom soup Ro-Tel tomatoes and cooked rice to shrimp and onion. Mix all ingredients together and pour into the pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Randy Rigg
