Seasame spinach salad
Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Spinach; fresh 1 tb Walnut oil;
- 1 c Mushrooms; sliced 1 tb Sesame oil;
- 1 tb Low-sodium soy sauce; 1 tb Toasted Sesame seeds;
- 1 tb Water Wash spinach thoroughly and trim off tough stems. Spin or pat dry. Mix remaining ingredients together and toss with spinch. Food Exchange per serving: 1 VEGETABLE EXCHANGE + 1 FAT EXCHANGE CAL:
