Sauteed zucchini with herbs
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 2 Zucchini sliced 1/2" thick
- 2 tb Water
- 1/4 ts Dried leaf thyme crumbled
- 1/8 ts Dried leaf mint crumbled
- 1 ts Butter or margarine Coat nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Saute zucchini until lightly browned
- 1 minute. Add water
Instructions:
thyme mint; cook 2-3 minutes until tender. Add butter.
