Rum cake~ i
Yield: 1 Cake
Ingredients:
- 1/2 lb Oleo room temperature
- 3 c Sugar
- 1 ts Butter flavoring
- 1 ts Lemon flavoring
- 3 c Gold Medal plain flour
- 1/2 c Crisco
- 5 ea Eggs
- 1 ts Coconut flavoring
- 1/2 ts Rum flavoring
- 1 c Buttermilk Cream oleo Crisco and sugar. Add eggs
- 1 at a time. Add
Instructions:
flavorings. Sift flour 3 times and add to mixture. Add buttermilk. Mix well and pour batter into greased and floured Bundt or tube pan. Bake at 350 F. for 1 1/2 hrs.
