Red kidney bean salad
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 2 c kidney beans canned
- 4 TB red wine vinegar
- 3 TB olive oil
- 1/4 ts Oregano
- 1/4 ts Salt
- 2 ds Pepper
- 4 TB Celery -- diced
- 2 TB Onion -- chopped
Instructions:
Drain kidney beans combine beans with a mixture of wine vinear olive oil oregano salt and pepper. Blend in celery and onion. Chill in refrigerator serve in crisp lettuce cups. Recipe By :
