Potatoes with chives
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Washed New Potatoes with -skins on
- 5 fl Soured Cream
- 3 tb Mayonnaise
- 1 tb Garlic Wine Vinegar
- 2 tb Snipped Chives
Instructions:
Salt and Pepper Cook potatoes in lightly salted water for 10-15 minutes until just tender. Drain and place in a bowl. Mix together all the other ingredients and pour over cooked new potatoes. Chill until needed.
