Potato casserole *** (vvth95b)
Yield: 8 Servings
Ingredients:
- 2 lb Potato; frozen hash browns
- 1/2 c Margarine; melted
- 1 ts Salt
- 2 tb Onion ;minced
- 1/2 ts Pepper
- 1 c Cream of chicken soup
- 1 pn Sour cream
- 2 c American cheese Thaw potatoes before mixing. Mix all ingredients and put into
- 13x9-inch greased baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
