Potato salad monte carlo
Yield: 8 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1/4 ts Garlic powder
- 3 lb Potatoes
- 1/3 c Green onions; minced fine
- 4 Eggs; hard boiled sliced
- 1/2 ts Onion salt
- 1 ds White pepper; to taste
- 1 1/2 c Mayonnaise
Instructions:
Cook the potatoes with the skins on and after cooling peel and dice. Mix all the ingredients well and allow to set for at least two hours.
