Plain fried rice
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 3 tb Vegetable oil
- 2 tb Onion chopped
- 1 tb Garlic chopped
- 5 c Cooked long-grain rice
- 1 c Tofu diced
- 3 tb Soy sauce
- 1/2 ts White pepper MMMMM--------------------------GARNISH-------------------------------
- 1 tb Cilantro leaves chopped
- 1 c Cucumber sliced
- 2 tb Red & green chilies chopped
- 3 ea Green onions chopped
- 1 ea Lime
Instructions:
cut into wedges Heat the oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the onion & stir-fry for 3 minutes. Add the garlic & stir-fry until both are golden. Add the rice & the tofu & stir-fry for 3 minutes. Sprinkle with soy sauce & white pepper. Remove from heat & place in a serving dish surrounded with garnishes.
