Old bay onion pie
Yield: 8 Servings
Ingredients:
- 3 tb Butter
- 6 md Onion; peeled & sliced
- 1 ts Old Bay seasoning
- 1/4 ts Salt
- 1 1/2 c Milk
- 5 Egg; beaten
- 1 Pie shell
- 9"
- 2 tb Parsley
- 12 sl Bacon; crumbled
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 F. In a medium saucepan melt butter and saut# onions Old Bay seasoning and salt over low heat for 15 minutes stirring occasionally. Drain. Add milk and stir in eggs. Pour mixture in pie shell; top with parsley and bacon. Bake for 50 minutes until done.
