Olive sandwich spread
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 2 pk Cream cheese softened (3 oz. each)
- 1/2 c Mayonnaise
- 1/2 c Chopped green olives
- 1/2 c Chopped pecans
- 1 tb Olive juice
Instructions:
In a small bowl combine all ingredients. Spread on crackers or bread. Yield: 1 1/2 cups. Source: Taste of Home magazine
