Mustard mayo-glazed tomato slices
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 2 lg Tomatoes
- 2 tb Freshly grated Parmesan -cheese
- 2 tb Light mayonnaise
- 1 tb Chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tb Chopped green onion
- 1 ts Dijon mustard
- 1/4 ts Dried oregano
- 1/4 ts Each salt and pepper
Instructions:
Core and cut each tomato into 3 thick slices; arrange in shallow greased baking dish. Stir together Parmesan mayonnaise parsley onion mustard oregano salt and pepper; spread over tomatoes.
