Mushroom & onion combo
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 12 c Mushrooms halved (about -2 lbs.)
- 1 Onion thinly sliced
- 1/4 c Chopped fresh basil ( or
- 4 tsp. dried)
- 1 tb Butter melted
- 1 tb Balsamic or red wine vinegar
- 1/2 ts Each salt and pepper
Instructions:
In bowl toss together mushrooms onion basil butter vinegar salt and pepper. Arrange on large piece of double-thickness heavy-duty foil; fold up sides and seal tightly to form packet. Place on grill over medium-high heat; cook for about 30 minutes or until mushrooms and onions are tender and light golden.
