Mock kishke
Yield: 3 Servings
Ingredients:
- 3 c Matzoh Meal
- 1 ts Salt
- 1/2 ts Pepper
- 2 lg Carrots
- 3 ea Celery stalks
- 1 ea Spanish Onion
- 1/3 c To 1/2 c Margarine; melted
Instructions:
MOCK KISHKE Makes 3 Rolls INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Preheat oven to 350F 2. Combine matzoh meal salt and pepper. 3. In a food processor grate carrots celery and onion and add to matzoh meal mixture. Add melted fat and mix thoroughly. 4. Divide mixture into thirds. Place each on a strip of foil shiny side up. Shape into a roll and wrap with foil. Secures edges of foil. 5. Place on cookie sheet.
