Mexican green beans
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 tb Vegetable oil
- 1 lb Green beans trimmed
- 1 lg Onion chopped
- 2 Garlic cloves minced
- 1 cn RO*TEL Diced Tomatoes and -Green Chilies (10 oz)
- 2 ts Basil
Instructions:
Juice of 1/2 fresh lemon In a large skillet saute beans onion and garlic in hot oil until beans are tender-crisp. Stir in RO*TEL and basil. Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
