Maple sweet potatoes

Yield: 4 Servings

Ingredients:

• 6 md Sweet potatoes
• 1/2 c Maple syrup
• 1 tb Butter
• 1 ts Salt
• 1 c Apple juice
• 1/2 c Water

Instructions:

Recipe by: Wisconsin Maple Producers Council - Aniwa WI. 54408 Boil 6 sweet potatoes until nearly tender. Peel and slice into baking dish. Heat remaining ingredients to the point of boiling and pour over potatoes and bake at 300 F for 1 hour. Serves 4-6.
