Marjoram-scented red bell pepper dressing
Yield: 1 Batch
Ingredients:
- 1/2 Lime; juiced
- 1/3 c Balsamic vinegar
- 1 ts Chopped shallots
- 1/2 c Olive oil
- 1/2 c Vegetable oil
- 3 tb Toasted pine nuts
- 1 md Red bell pepper -- roasted peeled & diced
- 1/2 tb Marjoram
Instructions:
Strain the lime juice into a large mixing bowl with the vinegar. Add shallots and slowly whisk in both oils.
