Little italy spaghetti
Yield: 2 Servings
Ingredients:
- 3 oz Onion; chopped
- 1 1/2 tb Olive oil
- 1/2 ts Garlic; minced
- 1/4 ts Basil
- 1/4 ts Oregano
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 6 oz Tomato; finely chopped
- 3 oz Mushrooms; finely chopped
- 3 oz Green pepper; finely chopped
- 2 oz Tomato paste
- 6 oz Spaghetti; cooked
Instructions:
Saute onion in a suacepan with olive oil until onions are translucent. Add garlic basil oregano and salt. Stir. Add vegetables and tomato paste. Continue to cook over medium heat covered for 15 minutes. Add spaghetti and toss. Serve hot. From the files of DEEANNE
