Lime hot pickle

Yield: 1 Batch

Ingredients:

• 6 Lime; cut into eighths
• 1 ts Salt pickling
• 3 tb Hot Pepper; or less to taste
• 3 c Lemon juice

Instructions:

Place in jar. Keep at room temp or more for 3 weeks. Serve with bland or lamb meat dishes.
