Lin's favorite old fashioned white bread abm
Yield: 1 1.5# loaf
Ingredients:
- 9 oz Milk (1 cup + 2T)
- 3 c Bread flour
- 1 1/2 tb Sugar
- 1 1/2 ts Salt
- 2 tb Butter or margarine cut into
- 4 pieces
- 2 ts Active dry yeast OR
- 1 1/2 ts Fast rise yeast
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to bread mixing pan in order presented. Set bread machine to basic or basic rapid. Select bread color. Press start.
