Light rye
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 4 ts Active dry yeast
- 2 tb Caraway seeds
- 7/8 c Rye flour
- 3 c Bread flour
- 2 tb Butter
- 3 tb Sugar scant
- 1 1/2 ts Salt
- 1 1/2 c Water
Instructions:
