Lemon fluff frosting
Yield: 1 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1/2 c Butter or margarine softene
- 4 c Sifted powdered sugar
- 2 ts Grated lemon rind
- 2 To
- 2 1/2 tb Lemon juice
Instructions:
Cream butter at medium speed of an electric mixer; gradually add sugar beating until light and fluffy. Add lemon rind and lemon juice; beat until smooth. Yield: 2 cups.
