Layered chicken & broccoli

Ingredients:
- 1 pk (10 ounces) frozen chopped -broccoli thawed and -drained
- 1 tb Finely chopped onion
- 1 Clove garlic finely -chopped
- 1/4 ts Salt -Dash of pepper
- 2 c Coarsely cut-up cooked -chicken
- 1 cn (8 ounces) sliced water -chestnut.
- 1/2 c Sour cream
- 2 tb Milk
- 1/4 ts Salt
- 1 c Shredded mozzarella cheese -(4 ounces)
- 1/4 c Grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
-Paprika Mix broccoli onion garlic 1/4 teaspoon salt and the pepper in round microwavable dish 8 x l l/2 inches. Cover tightly and microwave on high 3 to 4 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender; stir. Layer chicken and water chestnuts evenly on broccoli. Cover with waxed paper and microwave 3 minutes. Mix sour cream milk and 1/4 teaspoon salt; pour evenly over water chestnuts. Sprinkle with cheeses and paprika. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on medium-high (70%) 3 to 5 minutes or until cheeses are melted. 6 servings.
