Kosher for passover pineapple kugel
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 3 c Matzoh farfel
- 5 Eggs separated
- 4 tb Sugar
- 1 tb Cinnamon
- 1 tb Salt
- 1 Stick melted margarine
- 2 c Apple sauce
- 1 cn Crushed pineapple
Instructions:
Wet farfel. Beat yolks salt sugar and margarine. Mix with farfel. Add applesauce pineapple cinnamon. Beat whites until stiff. Fold in with other. Sprinkle cinnamon on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
