Kidney bean spread

Yield: 1 Recipe

Ingredients:

1 1/2 c Kidney beans cooked
1 ea Garlic clove
1/2 ts Cumin seeds
1/2 ts Tabasco sauce
1/2 tb Cider vinegar
2 tb Water
2 tb Fresh cilantro or parsley

Instructions:
