Italian vegetables
Yield: 2 Servings
Ingredients:
- 3/4 c Rice
- 1/4 ts Salt
- 2 c Water
- 6 tb Oil
- 2 tb White wine vinegar
- 2 tb Soy sauce
- 1/4 ts Pepper
- 1/4 ts Turmeric
- 1/4 lb Spinach
- 1/2 c Sliced green onion
- 4 Crumbled slices crisp
Instructions:
Bacon Simmer rice covered in salted water until rice is done. Drain. Combine oil vinegar soy pepper turmeric. Stir into the still warm rice. TEAR the spinach into small pieces. Toss spinach onion and bacon into the rice. Eat it as a cold salad or warm as a side dish.
