Hidden valley potatoes
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 6 Potatoes (red or white)
- 1/2 c Oleo (1 stick melted)
- 1 pk Original Hidden Valley salad
Instructions:
-dressing mix Wash potatoes; do not peel. Slice crosswise. Layer in a casserole dish. Pour melted butter over potatoes and sprinkle with dressing mix. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
