Holly's cheesy onion rice
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 2 c Water
- 2 c Minute Rice
- 4 Chicken bouillon cubes
- 4 Slices Velveeta
- 4 oz Chives & Onion
Instructions:
-Cream Cheese Bring water to full boil in medium sauce pan. Add bouillon cubes; stir till cubes fully disolve. Stir in rice. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Add velveeta and cream cheese; stir till well mixed.
