Harvest rice
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 3 tb Vegetable oil
- 1 c Thinly sliced carrots
- 1 c Sliced green onions -- including tops
- 2 c Cooked brown rice
- 1/2 c Seedless raisins
- 1 tb Sesame seed
- 1/2 ts Salt
Instructions:
Cook carrots in oil in large skillet over medium-high heat until tender crisp. Add onions and apples; cook 5 minutes. Stir in rice raisins sesame seed and salt. Cook stirring until thoroughly heated.
