Green beans with sweet red pepper
Yield: 2 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1/2 lb Green beans trimmed
- 1/4 c Diced sweet red pepper
- 2 tb Toasted sesame seeds
- 1/2 ts Each sesame oil and lemon
Instructions:
-juice Salt and pepper In saucepan of boiling water cook green beans for 4 minutes or just until tender-crisp; drain well. Toss beans with red pepper sesame seeds sesame oil lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste. Makes 2 servings.
